I'm going to write about my
habit. I try to walk as much as possible every day. I try to don't use
bicycle. But I use bicycle on ordinary days because my home is far from
Kumamoto Gakuen University. I walk from my home to downtown on holiday. I walk
three thousand steps on ordinary and ten thousand steps on holiday. I like to
walk very much. I listen to music, when I walk. I like this time. The
season I walk is two. At first, to maintain my health. Second, to diet. I
started walking from on February. So, I lost weight. I recommend everyone to
walk every day.
